Hi all. I want to comment one thing. I am a christian lebanese, and i say that no country in the world have the ethical architecture that lebanon has. It is the mixing of most of the religions in the world. lebanon has something special that the muslim and the christians, had a long sad killing war that lasted 17 years. during which people from both sides got slaughtered and shot and bombs were everywhere. War got ended from 15 years, the situation is better now. No country supported the palestian rights like lebanon did (both the christians and the muslims did), all over the time. but what happened last saturday here in lebanon? well, because of the unethical drawings of the prophet Muhammed (pbuh), which i really condemn, the muslim communauty decided to make a protestation in front of the embassy of danmark, which happens to be in a region where most of the civilians or christians. The christians had no objections. on that day, when the crowd arrived to the danish embassy, they started to shoot stones on it, the smash the cars, put houses on fire, threw stones on church, openning houses.
Is this the gratitude of hospitality ? Many of the arrested people were palestians. The buttom line is: Islam is a religion of peace, and lots of times the muslims have been treated badly, but the reaction of the muslim is sometimes being too extremist on the people who does not deserve it, leaving that dark picture about islam. ( ie palestinians should go fight inside palestine, not fight t he lebanese in lebanon). Hope we will all live in peace on earth.
