If you create a package for Fedora Core then make one that works,
otherwise don't create one at all. So if you make one it has to work
with SELinux enabled since that is the default. Then you put up: If it
doesn't work make sure your system is updated (yum update libstdc++).
And YES the FC package has to have tcltls 1.5
