Yeah sorry, in ::Capture.. it's easy fix a simple function with :
libng_debug = 1
return TCL_OK;
and another one with = 0.. IF I'm wrong, and debugging isn't enabled with
one variable set.. then this todo item can be dropped.. the correct name
of the variable is somewhere in capture I think... probably between a
#ifdef DEBUG... #endif
