- amsn-remote server is created with [socket -server localhost] so we can
never connect to amsn remotely unless we ssh first to our machine (server
is on the loopback device), problem with windows too.. socket should
listen to all ips.

- TkCximage optimization
- add skin option for automatically adding default skin's smiley set
(seems defaut smileys are always there so a skin settings.xml without
any <smiley> tag will get the default smileys, but someone has a skin where
he doesn't want to keep the default smileys at all..)
- The menus currently have a lot of TODO in them, these should be
implemented.
- make CL tooltips show faster
- Make PSM under the nick as stated, not under the DP..
