The segfault was caused by TkCximage (and webcamsn if needed) because it used a Tk API : Tk_PhotoPutBlock, which, even if using the stubs, was not working with different tk version because in 8.4 it took X arguments (4 or 5 can't remember) and in 8.5, it took X +1 arguments (added the interpreter argument) so it crashes... so what I did is in Tkcximage_Init, when I initialise the stubs, Itell it that I need the exact same version as the one I compiled TkCximage with. simple.. look at the diff...
