Hi both,
I just give my 2 cents ;-)
In my pure personnal opinion, I think Kakaroto don't want that a change
was launch and maybe never finished due to the (huge !) amount of work
that is needed .
Don't read his mail as "No you can't touch", this isn't the idea (but
the mail can be read as this ;-)).
On a same project, we always can change, improve, modify, reformulate,
... parts of the program.
But at the end, waht is the greatest : many little change, or a few big
changes ?
Never, but really never, all the peoples can like a thing. Since you're
two, this is disagree ;-).
If I can give my opinion to Youness (and do what you want with it :-)) :
-> To make a come back in the code, make few corrections, you can found
many at the todo list as said Kakaroto.
-> After that, if you want to make biggest change, think to the website,
on the first page is : (MSN Spaces support, Chat while appear offline,
Audio conversations, Yahoo interoperability, Shared folders).
Some of these features already exists, but other don't.
Don't try to always change, improve what exist, just make fix where it
is needed, but always improve the whole functionnality of a programm by
adding new features !
A french quote : "Oser, c'est le premier pas vers la réussite"

Hi Square!
I'm not a dev in anyway, so I won't answer the mail thread, but I
really think your idea is great. I completely agree with you, it's
something that should be done, as it's hell not user-friendly.
I dunno about how this code is difficult or not, but on the user side,
I can guarantee you would make many people happy with such a useful dev ;)
Here's my free opinion, and the one of many of my aMSN using contacts.
've a nice day!
