PULSE_WAIT called more often
DBGTELNET() so that we can debug telnet options only when needed
--defaults now defaults to the test options (less args on command line)
Inserted ANSI welcome screen, sent after language choice. Only for ENG.
Removed some debugging logs for input/output, no longer needed
inserted report() to TICKs, so that they report on SIGUSR1 regardind tick status
Moved TICKs as static on main.c
