Log:
Added account creation; account name/password is now checked.
Added a last connected from IP and last connected on to the message after
a successful login.
Basic account/characters are added to the database. Only account is checked
for now.
Moved a couple macros and define to the right header file.
Added a couple new messages and their definitions.
