Look at your log files with a text editor to verify that the browser information is in there. You believe that it is in the older files and If they have not been touched that should be true. BUT stranger things have happened. Confirm that the information is there then using ONLY that log file we can figure out what is happening.

I used to get a browser report, but now I don't.
We may have had some web updates which caused this.
What I don't understand is why it would lose the old
data. Any ideas where to begin?
