This is what I sent the list a while back. It's the way I modified
IIS 4.0 metabase and doesn't require the Resource Kit.

I thought I had subscribed to the analog-help mailing list put
perhaps it isn't right. Anyway, saw Tomislav's message about IIS and
anlgform.exe not working on the list archive and his fix for it using
CreateCGIWithNewConsole metabase property. My problem is I didn't know
squat about the IIS metabase and didn't have the IIS Resource Kit
(metaedit), etc. I stumbled around and came up with something that worked.
cscript adsutil.vbs SET W3SVC/CreateCGIWithNewConsole "1"
I think you have to have the Scripting stuff installed from the Option Pack
or you won't get the cscript.exe program file. Adsutil.vbs is located under
the /WINNT/System32/Inetsrv/adminsamples directory structure.
Now the analog form interface works! Thanks,
