Several things could be happening.
1] Make sure you set your floor lower than deefault: REFFLOOR 1r
2] Make sure you aren't excluding your own site as a redirector (if you want
these stats). Remember that every visit to you site may log a referrer from
another site and will log all referrers on your site as long as they are
wandering around.
3] If a user type in your site or selects it from a book mark (or it's their
start page) then no referrer information is given. If they're getting your
site out of a print add, you'll never get referrer information from that
(that's what cgi variables are for :).
