No, it wouldn't. It would result in one run, attempting to use all the
LOGFILEs and the last declared OUTFILE. To produce several outputs, you
must explicitly run analog several times. (You still want to set the config
files up like you said above, but without all the CONFIGFILE commands in
analog.cfg).
