I use a program called Programmer's File Editor (PFE). It is freeware
and can be found at:
http://www.winsite.com/info/pc/win95/misc/pfe101i.zip . By looking up
the URL I have just discovered that it is no longer being updated,
but it is a wonderful little program. Michael
