The 4 requests where there is no leading "http://" in the referrer are the
ones which are included by mistake. Interesting that the one line with no
referrer ("-") is correctly excluded.
I replaced Martin's
REFINCLUDE http://www.wedding-jazz.co.uk/
with
REFEXCLUDE *
which should have produced totally empty reports, but those 4 requests still
appear...
