What you are suggesting would create a mis-guided report (IMHO). By dropping
data with no value, expecially when temporally sequenced, would lead you to
conclusions about your data that may not be accurate. Perhaps what you really
are looking for is a running (say seven-day) average or some other
curve-approximation?
Of course, if you really want to do this, I suppose you could create the full
HOURLY report as a .dat file, remove the lines with no value and then output
it to something that renders a chart from the .dat, like Report Magic.
Or, perhaps I just don't understand what you're looking for. :)
