You will probably have permission issues in setting this up (the 
Inetinfo process wouldn't normally have permissions to access a resource 
on another machine). And, from a performance point of view, you'll only 
be slowing your system down. You'd be much better off logging locally, 
and then copying the daily logfile each night after it rotates (If your 
logfiles are so big that you're afraid that this will cause network 
problems, you can zip them. And if they're that big, the SMB traffic 
during your busy times would probably be just as big a problem).
