LOGTIMEOFFSET only applies to logfiles which occur in a LOGFILE command 
later in the same configuration file. Maybe there should be a
DEFAULTLOGTIMEOFFSET, analogous to DEFAULTLOGFORMAT.

Actually,
  analog +C"LOGTIMEOFFSET -480" \\crwwwlogs\logs\audio\ex0102*.log.gz
will work, but I don't admit this in the documentation. (The LOGTIMEOFFSET
still has to come before the logfile name, and with no intervening +g
command).
