How do you specify exclude everything (all files and directories) but
include specific files such as the page1.htm, page 2.htm in the request
report. I believe what you gave me below is the include bit and I believe I
have the exclude all files statement correct but directories are still
popping up. How do you exclude all directories from the report?

It looks as if you want something like
FILEINCLUDE /page1.htm,/page2.htm,/page3.htm,/page4.htm
FROM 010101
TO 010301
You might also find the command
SETTINGS ON
useful. This will tell you in English what you have specified.
