MSIE blindly attempts to load this file from your webserver whenever your
site is bookmarked from this browser. Rather rude behaviour if you ask me.
Either ignore the resulting errors, or create a favicon.ico file for IE to
grab.

Take a look at a couple of random lines from your log file. Can you
actually see the browser type listed anywhere? If you can't, then that
would explain why Analog can't generate these reports.
