Warning R is used when Analog has been asked to create reports but
those reports would be empty, so it turns them off. See
docs/debug#WARNINGS and docs/errors.html#warns for details on the
Warnings command and what the warnings mean.

The most likely reasons for Analog to turn off empty reports is that
you don't have the data necessary to create them (such as all the
referrer, search, browsers and OS reports) or that all items in the
report have been explicitly EXCLUDED with an INCLUDE or EXCLUDE
command.
