If the FROM is before the first date in the logfile (the first time you ran
analog is not relevant), and the TO is after the last date in the logfile,
then the totals will not change.
The FROM then has no effect. The TO also doesn't exclude any lines, but does
change when the "last 7 days" is reckoned as, which may change the
last-7-days numbers.
