I just tried different positive and negative values (1r, 10r, -10r,
-30r, 0b) with no difference. I also tried changing ORGFLOOR from
positive to negative as well. For the months that it fails, it fails
regardless what the values are. For the months that it works, it
works according to the specified values. The trigger is somewhere
else.
