I'm pretty sure Analog isn't ignoring SSL hits. You can verify this by taking 3 or 4 such lines, and the 4 lines starting with # at the start of your log, and running Analog against that short log file. Analog uses those # lines at the start of the log to figure out the correct LOGFORMAT, and it treats the s-port field, which records 80 for http requests and 443 for SSL requests, as %j. If you have a custom LOGFORMAT directive, it might be only looking at port 80 requests, but you should get a warning message about corrupt log entries.
