Try adding this to your config file:
LOGFORMAT MS-EXTENDED
It works for me...

LOGFORMAT
Current logfile format:
%Y-%m-%d %h:%n:%j %S %u %j %j %r %q %c %b %T %v %A %f\n
But the log file is correct and the format also. This is an IIS 5.0 Log
file. I ran analog with DEBUG ON and it showed up the following errors:
