Open up analog.cfg and look for a line like this:

LOGFILE logfilename

Change logfilename to the location of your log files and then when you
run analog it will process the files it finds there.  Maybe something
like:

LOGFILE C:\my_site\logs\

Which will process all the files in C:\my_site\logs\
