Pam, I suggest you try to run analog from an already open DOS window so that you can see any error messages. This is easiest done by using MS-DOS prompt on the start, programs menu. From there you will need to type CD \analog and press enter and then type analog and press enter.
If there are any errors then you should see them listed on the DOS box. You may like to check your logfile line. In your message there is a stray | before the word logfiles - if it is actually there in the .cfg file then you probably want to remove it. Also, do you know whether is c:\analog\reports.html being created - try opening it in a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) as this would be the output and will show you your statistics.
