Analog produces statistics for whatever log files it is given to
process. If your log files are rotated weekly on Saturday and
processed on Sunday, then this sounds like Analog is processing the
current and previous log files. If you want to get Analog to process
the previous week, change the LOGFILE lines to only include the log
files with the dates you want processed.

Alternately, you can use (and may already have) the FROM and TO
commands to tell Analog specific (absolute or relative) dates to
include in the reports. See http://analog.cx/docs/include.html#FROMTO
for details.
