You need to put the exact logfile name, not just a folder. Or if you want all the files in that folder, you can put LOGFILE C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\*
(The reason for the weird error message is that analog thought the final backslash on the LOGFILE line was a continuation character to continue the command on the next line).
