Have you run analog.exe itself properly ...
Sorry for not mentioning in first post. Analog.exe running off the standard analog.cfg config file without using the html interface worked correctly and reported back the expected output (I run analog on a Unix server also so have some experience). Also tried calling analog.exe from html interface ... received errors on missing html commands (obvious reason why) but created correct output in folder.
"Broken Pipe" errors can occur if you're using zipped log files, and can usually be ignored, but in this case, they might be coming from the fact that something is preventing Anlgform.exe from calling Analog properly. Make sure that Ananlog is working properly before calling it from Anlgform.
Log files are not zipped. Here is the first few lines of the logfile it is attempting to read. Again, analog.exe worked fine.
