Not in a single report - as the FAQ says, if you want to cross reference two different sorts of items, you have to restrict the analysis of one of the two to a single item at a time - you can get a list of all the IP addresses that testuser2 used, or a list of all the users that came from 10.10.10.3. You would have to manually combine multiple reports if you want to have them all in the same reporter.
