Hmmm, how many .html pages do you want?
I think :
rdf-about.html
one .html for "rules"
one .html for "queries"
one .html for "hints"
and one for "todo", as rdf-todo.html

As we already have, the .txt files should be opened from the help pages
the same way as they are today. A click on a link opens the .txt file in
the help screen.
I'm gonna start something. Once done, I will commit it on the svn, and
you will be free to change what you want. You will have the skeletton,
so it will be musch easier. Don't forget, Jo, we have an IRC chanel
where you can join me if needs. Francois
