Hello!

I'm composing a view consisting of two TextViews. First one acts like
a header, or my internal status/title bar so I'd like i to stick to
the top of the screen. Second one holds more text, usually so more
that it has to be scrollable. After some problems with enabling
scrolling in TextView itself (scrollbar was shown only once) I figured
out that I can put second TextView into a ScrollView. Then it works
fine.

But it scrolls to fast for my taste. I can't find a method or
attribute responsible for the speed of the scrolling. Is there a
possibility to control the speed of the scrolling in ScrollView?

Best regards!

Marcin

PS Alternatively you can describe me better (or just different) way to
compose my view. Cheers!
