Hello, in upcoming weeks I will have to bring some idea for my master degree work. I will have about one and a half year to implement it (my plan is to do it asap and then write tales about it). The topic is Web services in mobile devices. One of my options is to do something in Java SE. But I have heard also about Android as a new upcoming powerful technology. So I am searching for any useful information, because I don't know much about it. If there is some unsolved, interesting problem which is waiting for solution maybe I can try so solve it. Or if there is something what is waiting to be implemented, or you have some suggestion, I will appreciate any ideas. Thank you in advance.
