I hope you get something developed and posted to the market. If you do, try to add features like selecting any supported sound file for the alert as well as what percetage and maybe even a few profiles that can be select and configured like (Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-fi, 3G all either on or off) from inside the tool! I know if you get one that works right I would pay for that download!
