Hello. Just extract the folder from the zip file to the location you have downloaded.
"YouSDKDirectory\tools\lib\images\skins\" If the skin folder is located there, you can setup the skin in your run/debug settings. Eclipse wil find the skins automatically. The skin selection is located at the "Target" tab. Just select the skin and the orientation in "Screen Size" and have fun.
