You could also do something like this in your onListItemClick.

    SQLiteCursor cursor = (SQLiteCursor) l.getItemAtPosition
(position);
    String title = cursor.getString(cursor.getColumnIndexOrThrow
(RingtoneManager.EXTRA_RINGTONE_TITLE));
