Hi, I was having the same problem as tienwai here. Instead of having vid_0bb4&pid_0c02, my entries are vid_0bb4&pid_0c03, and I think that's why it's not working. I tried editing the android_usb.inf file and replaced all occurrences of vid_0bb4&pid_0c02 with vid_0bb4&pid_0c03, and it installed. Did a "adb shell" and it connected :). Hope it helps you.
