I just got a new laptop with x64 vista and i'm following the development on setting up my laptop for development but I keep getting a error when I try to create my AVD. When i tried to enter the android create avd --name <your_avd_name> -- target <targetID> command into the commandprompt it gives me a error java is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
