Hi, There seems to be two levels of uses-permission, user level and system level. When I declare to use INTERNET or BATTERY_STATS, in my AndroidManifest.xml file it works without problem. However when I try to use INSTALL_PACKAGES, BIND_APPWIDGET it does not work. According to a [android-beginner msg11514],
“Whoever signs the system is also going to need to sign any app that wants system privileges.” I need to know how do I get System Privileges while debugging my application on emulator.
