You need to provide more information before folks can help. - What steps do you take to start the emulator? - What steps do you take to start the app? - What actually happens? - Does the app get installed? - Are there any errors? - Does logcat show anything? - Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps besides reinstalling? - Have you tried manually installing the app via adb?
