Yes, totally agree, I get confused too. Even though this backport doesn't 
have new features added to Android 8.1, why Google downgrade SPL to 
2017-12-05, they could keep SPL at 2019-06-05. It's weird that the SPL of  
android-8.1.0_r70 is older than android-8.1.0_r65.
