I'd like to add, for application number 2)
The Data entry system is not only suitable for the visually imparied/
blind, but allows any end-user to enter data on a mobile handset, in
the following use-cases:
a) The user is moving and the keys aren't visible, due to excessive
jerkiness or bad lighting conditions, when normal data entry methods
would not be suitable.
b) When a more intuitive method other than existing keyboard methods
is suitable
