Well, basically, we have specified that all images being used are the property of their respective owners and that those images are used for demonstrational purposes only and are not part of application. If you want to have an Anton's Ego avatar on your forum - you're free to do it and the company hosting the forum won't be responsible for any copyright violations. Talking about Eric Schmidt -> Steve Jobs, etc. - I don't think it has any relation with a cartoon hero avatar.
