I hope there are more games - as a user, I base my mobile phone
purchases on games (seriously) as it is more convenient than having to
carry around an additional Nintendo DS or PSP. The lack of games is
why I never bothered to pick up an iPhone upon its release.

I also do hope Omnisoft's 3D games are one of the four that were not
publicly announced ( http://www.omnigsoft.com/Android/ADC/readme.html
). I see 0 entries that use the Accelerometer in the winners (one of
Androids selling points), and I fail to see how Omnisoft could have
received less than a perfect score for "polish and appeal" from the
screenshots on their site.

At least it is now quite obvious why my submission lost - along with
being an amateur work, even the most professional game submissions
were ignored. It is also interesting to note that about 44 of the 46
submissions appear to use a client / server model for the application,
indicating that all Android users will have unlimited data plans?

Not complaining at the end here - I'm thankful to Google for the
contest, and it is something extra that they offered. :) Just wanted
to make that clear - thank you Google for it. Just observations and I
do intend to do a non-game submission that forces internet access for
ADC II then as that appears to be what they want for the phone.
