Hey, Shane, The version of SplashPlay ( http://splashplay.co.uk/ ) we submitted in round 1 is 100% open source, and available as download as part of the OpenIntents distribution at http://www.openintents.org/en/download
As it is based on OpenIntents, it will continue to share the open connectivity to other applications through OpenIntents interfaces, for example with central tagging.
