i tried it like this

mText.setTextColor(new ColorStateList(
                new int[][] {
                        new int[]
{ 
android.R.attr.state_selected,android.R.attr.state_focused,android.R.attr.state_pressed},
                        new int[1],new int[1],new int[1],
                    }, new int[]
{
                        Color.rgb(255, 255, 255),
                        Color.BLACK,

                    }
         ));

but it doesnt work for me

it doesnt show any effect
