Note that the cmd line is:

adb shell am instrument -e class com.novoda.runbuddy.AllTests -w
com.novoda.runbuddy/android.test.InstrumentationTestRunner

and not as previously stated:
 adb shell am instrument -e class com.android.samples.AllTests -w
com.novoda.runbuddy/android.test.InstrumentationTestRunner

The error is still apparent
