I would like to catch the moment when an outgoing dialing call becomes active, that is accepted at the other side. according to the documentation the CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK : "Device call state: Off-hook. At least one call exists that is dialing, active, or on hold, and no calls are ringing or waiting." Makes no separation between the dialing and the active call states. Is there any other way to distinguish between those states?
