I downloaded the source code for the Android Open Source Project. In it are apps such as the dialer app , IM app, and the email app.
I want to build them and install them to my G1 as some of these apps seem to have added features than the versions the G1 come with.. However, these apps use APIs which are not in the SDK so they are not readily compilable.
