I don't see any reason why Google would prohibit (or even want to prohibit) AppInventor-based apps. More applications is a good thing for the proliferation of Android -- at least, if they can provide a way to filter out the crapps better. (I'd really like it if the market app let me filter out all apps from a particular developer, for example.)
